Little small hotel in marvellous and incredible location right next to the bus stand which is very convenient. A sitting area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Great food for all meals;)))

Room was clean and spacious. I loved the free coffee and croissants each morning. The super nice team, especially when I needed to stash my bags after checkout. Location was perfect for exploring on foot.

The central location of the hotel was very convenient, within walking distance to all major attractions and very close to the Repubblica Metro station. The staff here were very friendly and very helpful, ready to answer any questions. The night staff member at the front counter was especially friendly and helpful. Also recommend the George Byron Restaurant and Cafe which is very close by. Rooms were tidy and a room facing the courtyard is ideal. Highly recommended hotel.

The location is great! It is a very simple hotel, no frills, but very clean, comfortable, and had a great bath tub! Our first in Italy. Again, the breakfast was simple, warm breads and croissants, cheese, yogurt, cereals, but they had a brilliant coffee machine that made cappucinos on demand. Hint- leave suitcases downstairs at main office, then walk up the 3 flights. You can then get an elevator key to take up luggage. Would stay again. Bargain.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was marvellous and incredible and just off easy walking distance to Colosseum, good bars and restaurants and Colosseum. The staff are very cordial and really kind and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. Outdoor restaurant has fab food choices.

The shower was dreadful, with some kind of maggots coming out of the drain. The wifi was non existent, which definitely wasn't what one would expect. If you're looking for special treatment, you better forget it. After all, I could have rated this place highly, but these issues just ruined everything for me.

The owner and the staff at Everest were great, made the stay very entertaining, gave us great recommendation for restaurant, transport etc. The rooms are quite small and basic, but very clean and in a great location. Was perfect for us to come back to and relax and freshen up after sight seeing before grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants in just down the road. Ristorante F.lli Crisciotti, Via M.D'azeglio best food in town.

The location was excellent as most of the buses were stopping in front of the hotel, as their final destination was termini which is very close. The rooms were very new (2 years only) and the bathroom was very large and beautiful, the best I have ever seen in hotels of that scale. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful for 24hours.
The old fashion elevator which in many times forced us to climb the stairs up to 3rd floor. The breakfast could be more rich and the buffet to be refilled more often.

Yo, I was blown away! The staff treated me like gold, real friendly vibes. My room had a comfy bed, tons of daylight, and even a safe for my stuff. Can't beat the location, right near the train and yummy eats. Breakfast rocked too! Seriously, I felt right at home . Definitely coming back!

The location and the bed was good
The first night of 5 we had to sleep in another hotel, which I guess was a kind of buffer hotel. The room was OK but I had a strange feeling when we were asked to pay for the first night in cash and didn't pay tourist tax ??

Nice and courteous staff, everything reasonably clean.
reasonably spacious rooms provided with bathroom and fridge, for example.

The staff was accommodating in letting us check in early.
The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable. I also faced issues with the shower's water pressure, disappointingly weak, and the WiFi was non-existent despite being promised upon check-in.

We were welcomed by the man who never sleeps...Ivan..he was very helpful and pleasant. Made our short staying enjoyable..Location of the hotel was 5-10 min from the termini station where you can have bus connection to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, as well as both metro lines.

The desk personnel were helpful and friendly. Carlo was very friendly. No encounters with any unpleasant staff. This was our first experience with a european hotel, so I was not exactly sure what to expect. The bed was not as comfortable as most American hotel beds, but was quite adequate. Would not hesitate to stay again.
